• Include a single, strong message (not too much information)
• Include text in short paragraphs and bullet lists for maximum impact for quick glances.
• Include photographs or other graphic illustration.
• Have high color contrast between the text and the background.
• Be moved, changed and replaced regularly to reflect current and timely information.
